Meet Buddy

Buddy Prow, Chair

Ernest “Buddy” Prow, LPC, CMAC, CAAC, is a licensed professional counselor and certified master addiction counselor based in Georgia. Buddy is passionate about families. He’s the father of ten children and a foster and adoptive parent. He’s worked as a case manager and spent six years as a youth pastor. He’s worked in family and addiction counseling at Penfield Addiction Ministries and as a lead therapist at Shepherd's Hill Academy. In 2019, he founded The Counselor’s Nest in Toccoa to serve families. Buddy is also a board member of the Georgia Addiction Counselors Association (GACA).
